Shipping Days & Methods
• Live coral & invertebrate orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday only to minimise transit times and avoid delays over weekends.
• We offer Express Door-to-Door shipping Australia-wide. Optional Airport to Airport shipping is available and recommended for larger orders or remote regions to give livestock the best chance of arriving healthy.
• Dry goods and accessories ship separately via standard road freight.
Shipping Zones & Restrictions
• We service most Australian states and territories. Shipping times may vary based on location and courier transit estimates.
• Some remote or rural delivery areas may not be eligible for overnight express shipping; in these cases, your coral may arrive with longer transit and will be shipped at the purchaser’s risk.
Tracking & Notifications
• Once your livestock order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
• It’s important you are available to receive the delivery or organise a pickup promptly to reduce stress on live stock.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
• If you select Airport to Airport, our team may contact you with a separate cost quote to confirm arrangements.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) / Live Guarantee
• Only Reefs offers a Livestock Live Arrival Guarantee. If your coral arrives deceased or visibly damaged, you must:
– Contact us immediately with clear photos of the unopened bag and coral.
– Notify us within 12 hours of confirmed delivery.
• Verified DOA claims may be eligible for store credit or replacement — shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
• The guarantee may not apply for shipments delayed by courier issues, incorrect delivery arrangements, or if the livestock was not collected promptly on delivery.
Important Notes
• Live stock remains the property of Only Reefs until payment is complete and the package has been picked up by the courier.
• Returns on live coral, invertebrates, or livestock are not accepted for change of mind.
• Customers should acclimate all livestock thoroughly upon arrival and follow recommended setup guides.
